Spark plug tester Testing spark plugs in spark-over performance

It is equipment for testing spark plugs in spark-over performance. The test condition accords with standard GB7825-87. Directly load or unload the spark plugs with the pneumatic principle, can to test the spark plugs’ spark-over performance efficiently. Thus, achieve to test the spark plugs fully, ensure the quality of each spark plug.

Main performance:

1)Apply to test the thread diameter 10,12,14 mm, full range of spark plug

2)Ignition pressure is adjustable from 5 ~ 35kv, the ignition frequency is 50 times per second

3)Input Power: AC 220V;  input power:  400W

4)Input pressure: 0.9 ~ 1.0Mpa

5)Can test 8 pcs of spark plug each time. The time for testing is adjustable, generally last for 10~30S.

6) Has the take count of output function, the maximum data is 99999.

7) Detection efficiency: 1320 pcs / hour
